在科技發(fā)展的今天，商業(yè)以逆襲之勢席卷潮流，企業(yè)家風(fēng)起云涌，無數(shù)商業(yè)大佬站在時代的肩膀上！未來多元化社會，需要具備綜合商業(yè)素養(yǎng)的人才。
國外商學(xué)院炙手可熱，國內(nèi)商業(yè)教育尚處空白，選擇一個專業(yè)商業(yè)實踐活動平臺，提前試水商科，在進(jìn)入大學(xué)前增加知識儲備。
當(dāng)小伙伴們還沉浸在寒假的快樂氣氛中時，無錫外國語學(xué)校國際課程中高中部一行6位同學(xué)在老師的帶領(lǐng)下就整裝前往香港參加了為期5天的金融實習(xí)活動。6位同學(xué)被分成兩組分別進(jìn)入富通保險公司和美國友邦保險有限公司兩家世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)輪崗研習(xí)。
1. 商界大佬如何起步？
“千里之行始于足下”，在成為商界大佬之前，商界小白們需要掌握基本的財務(wù)知識。
第一天，同學(xué)們在聽完公司的相關(guān)介紹后就在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下查閱相關(guān)資料。
在午飯后的“you show what you know”環(huán)節(jié)，同學(xué)們要以presentation（演講）的方式將自己搜集到的信息與大家共享。有的小組分享了保險的基本知識，包括保險的類型等，有的小組分享公司的產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)，以及各部門的職責(zé)等。
通過這樣的實踐過程，同學(xué)們表示，自己關(guān)于怎樣整合數(shù)據(jù)和利用搜集到的信息支持自己的觀點(diǎn)的疑惑在這個過程中得到了解答。
2. 如何分析基金
經(jīng)過第一天對于保險有了一個宏觀的了解與認(rèn)識之后，同學(xué)們開始進(jìn)入到具體的對6個不同基金的分析中。
同學(xué)們需要運(yùn)用到PMI指數(shù)（采購經(jīng)理指數(shù)）來預(yù)測各個基金的發(fā)展趨勢，以及公司將來的發(fā)展和投資方向。為了作出滿意的分析，同學(xué)們都工作到凌晨兩三點(diǎn)，有的同學(xué)感慨自己終于認(rèn)識到了工作的艱辛之處，對于金融行業(yè)也有了更加準(zhǔn)確直觀的了解與認(rèn)識。
在進(jìn)行presentation的時候，同學(xué)們面對導(dǎo)師尖銳的評論與提問，也是非常緊張，但仍舊鎮(zhèn)定地予以回答。在問答的過程中，同學(xué)們也表示認(rèn)識到了自己的缺陷，并且向其他組學(xué)習(xí)到了經(jīng)驗。
3. 王先生的投資方案
最后一個環(huán)節(jié)就是根據(jù)所學(xué)的理論知識，為王先生提供一套合適的投資方案。為了制定出一套讓客戶滿意的方案，同學(xué)們也是殫精竭慮。在吃飯時也不忘與導(dǎo)師進(jìn)行討論，以便得到導(dǎo)師的建議與指導(dǎo)。
為期五天的金融實習(xí)圓滿落下了帷幕，同學(xué)們在這期間收獲頗豐，不僅可以學(xué)習(xí)到與國際接軌的商業(yè)金融理論知識及素養(yǎng)課程，更進(jìn)入世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)實地體驗，融入最前沿的商業(yè)氛圍，零距離鑒習(xí)商界尖端高管們的非凡運(yùn)營理念。
在5天的實訓(xùn)時間里，孩子們跟隨導(dǎo)師努力學(xué)習(xí)，根據(jù)每天布置的課題，小組合作研究課題，出色完成了自己的實訓(xùn)展示，得到導(dǎo)師們的一致認(rèn)可，獲得世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)的實習(xí)證明和企業(yè)推薦信，斬獲開啟未來大門的金鑰匙。
4. 他山之石
當(dāng)同學(xué)們投入到商業(yè)實習(xí)中難以自拔的時候，帶隊的黃老師走訪了香港多所大學(xué)，與學(xué)校的招生官見面，了解各所大學(xué)的招生要求與申請流程，以便同學(xué)們將來進(jìn)入到這幾所大學(xué)就讀。
此外，黃老師還與就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行交談，邀請畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入無錫外國語學(xué)校國際課程中心工作，為國際教育注入新鮮血液。

The department we were experiencing today was the investment fund department. First, Teacher gave us today's mission: To take two different high- risk fund, medium-risk fund and low risk fund, to do data analysis in the past two years, and to analyze the reason of their ups and downs as well as their prospects, including understanding the background of the company and the scope of the investment.
So, our team was divided again, and I was responsible for investigating a high-risk fund and a medium-risk fund. I first searched for the summary table on relevant websites, picking out a high-risk funds F160 and a medium-risk fund F172. Through their changes in the last two years, I drew the relevant conclusions. At last, I got to understand the company's development and investment direction and tried to infer its development prospects.
Through today's internship, I learned a lot about the fund. I know how to go to a fund for analysis, how to judge whether it runs a high risk or low risk, and according to different fund company, to determine the cause of the rise and fall, then to make a forecast. I didn't know anything about this, but through my internship today, I am no longer unfamiliar with the fund. Instead, I know how to analyze the fund. I think I am more and more interested in finance. The opportunity of this internship is very rare and meaningful. I am very happy to learn a lot of new knowledge every day.

Today is my last day as an intern at Fortis insurance company. It's half a day. After arriving at the company in the afternoon, I first Shared the experience with the leader of the other group. We have one thing in common that we feel homesick in Hong Kong since the second day because of the pressure of work and mental exhaustion. After that, we, all the members, got to share our feelings with each other. What impressed me most was a girl in our group, who said that she was very grateful to me for being the group leader, which made me touched and even brought a lump in my throat. I was laughing but my eyes were wet. I never thought anyone would remember a little bit of what I did. When it came to the awards, it was our team that received the honor of the best team. We lived up to our hope the night before. To be honest, this internship experience has left me exhausted, but I think it's more about learning and growing.
