這次有幸在濱湖區(qū)青少年法制教育實(shí)踐基地進(jìn)行社會(huì)實(shí)踐，它坐落在無錫市蠡湖中學(xué)內(nèi)部，一踏進(jìn)蠡湖中學(xué)的大門，我們就被他別具一格的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格吸引了。
青少年法制教育基地在學(xué)校的負(fù)一樓。走進(jìn)寬敞明亮的大堂，走廊兩側(cè)擺著歷任國(guó)家主席和具有影響力的中國(guó)偉人的圖片與簡(jiǎn)介，上面介紹了他們對(duì)人民做出的貢獻(xiàn)以及他們對(duì)中國(guó)青少年的期望。
本次社會(huì)實(shí)踐一共分成三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié).
環(huán)節(jié)一 反面教材的例子
講解員姐姐給我們講了一個(gè)有關(guān)毒品的故事，讓我印象尤為深刻。一個(gè)在酒吧駐唱的女中學(xué)生由于結(jié)交了一群不良少年，沾染了毒品的惡習(xí)，毒品不僅摧毀了她的身體，還有她的精神與靈魂！這個(gè)例子提醒著大家要明辨是非，樹立正確的三觀！
環(huán)節(jié)二：微電影
這部微電影是由高檢院拍的，它通過一個(gè)案例告訴我們檢察院，法院和公安機(jī)關(guān)的區(qū)別。檢察院是國(guó)家法律監(jiān)督機(jī)關(guān)，主要的責(zé)任是審查批準(zhǔn)逮捕；而法院是國(guó)家審判機(jī)關(guān)，主要的職責(zé)是判斷和處罰；公安機(jī)關(guān)則負(fù)責(zé)立案和抓捕。
環(huán)節(jié)三：虛擬法庭
任何事情只有自己親身經(jīng)歷過才會(huì)有所體會(huì)。我作為一名觀眾坐在臺(tái)下看班級(jí)里其它的小演員繪聲繪色的表演，他們很賣力也很投入。雖然這只是一場(chǎng)話劇。但我依舊可以感覺到法庭上嚴(yán)肅的氛圍，感受到法律的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)和公平。
本次的社會(huì)實(shí)踐意義重大，它教會(huì)了我們要從小學(xué)法，懂法，守法，共同為法制社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)自己的一份力。
7B 楊栩桐
On May 7th 2019, our class 7A went to a school with anther class 7B to learn about laws.
Before leaving we had a task about a play about a kid who did something illegal and the judge declared his guiltiness on the court. We prepared it very well like it was real.
We went there by bus and the driver was nice. We appreciated it that he drove us all the way there in such a hot day. Our teacher asked him to come with us because it was too hot. But he insisted to stay on the bus. What a nice man, doing his duty!
When we arrived, a lady was waiting for us in front of the school gate. She guided us through the school hall and we finally got to our destination. We were quiet as we walked along the school hall because there were students having class.
The place was under the ground and it was really large. Things about laws and safety were displayed on the wall. The lady took us around and helped us get a better understanding about what’s on the wall. The she guided us to a mini court to perform the play we prepared. Every character was well performed. Each of us did a great job, and we learned a lot about the procedures in court from it.
After that, another lady took us to a room to watch a short movie. The movie was interesting like Sherlock Holmes, telling us the function of the procuratorate.
At last, we took a group picture with all the Year 7 students.
What a meaningful activity!
