——From Joy Zhou

When night falls, the beautiful sunset clouds come into view.

The sun is slowly falling and making a golden light to make the sky golden and give the earth a shining light. Then, with a little bit of the sun. It shone with the last bright light and turn the whole sky red. I closed my eyes and relished the day's food.

Today's lesson is not the same as usual. After an English class, we had our first cooking class. Before class, the teacher gave us a paper. She patiently told us the steps to make a kangaroo pie.

Once again in the specialized kitchen. The true "chef" time is arrived.

First, we'll cut the Onions to loss the smell of kangaroo meat.

It may be easier said than done, but for someone like me who never cooks at home. Cut the onion into a fixed size isn't easy. I endured the red acid of the onion and finally finished the first task. Next, it's kangaroo meat. My good partner, Ada, is a kitchen expert. She first poured the prepared condiments in a bowl. Then fried the onion and poured 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the spoon. She fried slowly and then poured the kangaroo meat into the pan. Stirring repeatedly, when the oil is hot. The color of the meat turned brown. She immediately poured it into the prepared sauce. When the rich flavor of pepper is not thoroughly permeated, the meat aroma immediately comes out. At the same time, I have prepared the crust. Spoon the filling into the skin evenly and place a piece of dough on top. The steps have been completed.

After 20 minutes of waiting, we took our first bread out of the oven. At this time, the students' characteristic kangaroo pies basically baked.
The whole classroom is full of the heart-penetrating meat aroma. I want to open a mouthful gently. There is a lot of meat juice to flow out. The meat eats very tender. I also can feel the toughness of flesh when chewing. This is the most unforgettable food of our life.
