一、讀書節(jié)開幕式
本屆讀書節(jié)開幕式上，無錫外國語學(xué)校小學(xué)國際課程中心副校長劉麗英作了簡明開場并拉開活動序幕。

4月4日中午，小學(xué)國際課程中心中英文教師開展了一場“閱讀工作坊”，“閱讀工作坊”緊跟國際教學(xué)理念，閱讀課程形式多樣，共設(shè)九間工作坊，其中包括名家談吃、讀書手賬設(shè)計(jì)工坊、創(chuàng)意書簽制作、太陽系之旅、傳統(tǒng)游戲、穿“閱”漢唐-古風(fēng)發(fā)飾制作、小小樹葉用處大等，外教Jhon老師的Making attractive PPT with prezi，國際初中陳辰老師帶來的精彩歷史—如果文物會說話。學(xué)生根據(jù)興趣自由選課。
我們自制工作坊入場券，學(xué)生根據(jù)興趣愛好自主選擇感興趣課堂。

華怡婷老師給小朋友帶來一場《讀書手賬設(shè)計(jì)》，她先介紹了閱讀過程中做讀書筆記的重要性及如何使用膠帶、貼紙和一切可利用的素材來排版和美化自己的讀書手賬，老師示范完之后，學(xué)生自己動手設(shè)計(jì)了一份讀書手帳。課堂上，學(xué)生們進(jìn)一步體會到了無筆墨不讀書的重要性，讀書手賬不僅可以幫助學(xué)生提高讀書效率，同時(shí)也可以激發(fā)學(xué)生對生活的熱愛，提高審美設(shè)計(jì)能力。

來自國際課程中心中學(xué)部的陳辰老師給大家?guī)硪粓錾鷦佑腥さ臍v史課《如果文物會說話》。她通過對比古埃及法老和漢代帝王的陵墓、陪葬品等，解讀兩個(gè)維度的帝王們關(guān)于死亡和永生的思考。并與現(xiàn)實(shí)做對比，帶領(lǐng)孩子們發(fā)現(xiàn)：再華美的陵墓和再精美的陪葬品都不能帶來永生，從而引出問題：何物可以永生？接著，她通過對中國流失海外文物的講解，以及阿富汗國寶在中國巡展的情況，討論戰(zhàn)爭帶來的對國家的破壞，并在對“文物保護(hù)”這個(gè)話題下，升華課題“文化不滅，國家永生”。
雖然這是歷史學(xué)中比較復(fù)雜的一個(gè)問題，小朋友們在陳老師的引導(dǎo)下，認(rèn)真聽講和思考，積極互動，整個(gè)課堂效果很贊，他們進(jìn)一步感受到了文物的魅力、歷史的魅力。

華老師給小朋友帶來一場別有趣味的《名家談吃》的活動課。她先介紹了中國著名作家和他們各自代表的美食，并且詳細(xì)介紹了做法和歷史淵源。課前設(shè)計(jì)一份菜單，每介紹一個(gè)菜就請學(xué)生用貼紙給出是否五星好評。最后通過有獎(jiǎng)競猜和幸運(yùn)大抽獎(jiǎng)的方式來讓學(xué)生加深對美食文化的印象。在故事與美食中體驗(yàn)中國傳統(tǒng)美食文化，在趣味與故事味中感受中國吃文化里的人文內(nèi)涵：團(tuán)圓，和諧，親情。

Leta老師給小朋友們帶來了一場《紙間趣影-創(chuàng)意書簽制作》工作坊。她簡要介紹了書簽的作用，帶著小朋友們了解了書簽的發(fā)展歷史，并欣賞了各種材質(zhì)造型的書簽。隨后學(xué)生用雪糕棒制作卡通書簽，還有小組合作制作干花書簽。這次活動展現(xiàn)了學(xué)生無窮的創(chuàng)造力，也以一種獨(dú)特的方式增強(qiáng)了孩子們關(guān)注讀書、愛好讀書的熱情。
